1. Who we are and these terms

This website is operated by the team that builds propfirmgauge.com (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@propfirmgauge.com.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own, non-commercial use. Please link to the page rather than copy it in full.

You may not:

  • copy the site’s content, gauges or data in bulk, or republish them as your own;

The Prop Firm Gauge name, logo, text, graphics and data are ours unless stated otherwise. Firm names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the firms.

Everything on this site is general information. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any challenge or trade any market. Prop firm challenges carry a real risk of losing the fee; read the risk disclaimer. Decisions you make are your own.

4. Accuracy and dates

We check rules, prices and payout terms against the firms’ own terms and public evidence, and we show the date of each check. Firms change their terms often. Information that was correct on the date shown may be out of date when you read it. We do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors.

Before you buy, check the current terms on the firm’s own website. If you find an error, tell us through the contact page.

The site links to prop firms, regulators and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices. Some links to firms may earn us a commission; see How we make money.

Any purchase you make from a firm is a contract between you and that firm. We are not a party to it. We do not handle payments, payouts, refunds or account disputes.

6. Liability

We provide the site as it is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including challenge fees, trading losses, denied payouts or a firm closing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
